DEPOSIT OPTION

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PAY MY DEPOSIT?


You’ll receive a confirmation and further information on how to complete the balance. There is a payment structure in place to make paying the balance easy and manageable.




WHEN DO I NEED TO COMPLETE PAYMENT BY?


The balance is spread across 1, 2 or 3 further payments to make it easy and manageable. Your account needs to be cleared in full by Tuesday 1st February 2022

WHICH AIRPORT DO I FLY TO?


Grenada (GND). Maurice Bishop International Airport




DOES MY PASS/PACKAGE INCLUDE TRANSFER?


Events are taking place in the area of Grand Anse, which is roughly 10 minutes by car. Your pass/package doesn’t include transfer. A taxi from the airport to Grand Anse is roughly £10 GBP / $13 USD.




WHICH DATES SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHTS FOR?


Arrive in time for the first event on the evening of Saturday 2nd April 2022 and set to leave Grenada on the Saturday 9th April 2022.

WHEN DOES THE FIRST EVENT TAKE PLACE?


The first event takes place in the evening on Saturday 2nd April 2022.




HOW MANY EVENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD EVENTS PACKAGE?


The standard events package includes 10+ events. Island Excursions are not included.




WHERE ARE THE EVENTS TAKING PLACE?


Most events are taking place near Grand Anse Beach.




CAN YOU PAY ON THE DOOR OF THE EVENTS?


No




WHEN DOES THE LAST EVENT TAKE PLACE?


The last event takes place in the night on Friday 8th April 2022.

Please book your accommodation near Grand Anse Beach, so you’re not too far from the events.





COVID-19 REFUND POLICY

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19?


We are hopeful restrictions will ease in the coming months and are planning to deliver a truly memorable event, If however we do find ourselves in the unlikely situation of having to reschedule then our refund policy is as follows: – Customers who have completed payment in FULL will be entitled to carry their package over to the rescheduled date or claim a full refund (minus any booking fees). – Customers who have only made part payment (Deposit/instalments) will be entitled to carry their payment over to the rescheduled date.




IS A COVID VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE TEST REQUIRED?
